The first tasting was extraordinary! Smoothness and strength… how to explain? In our ranking of intensities, this chocolate went from N°1 to N°3.

On the first tasting, this chocolate was very smooth and melting. Then powerful notes appeared with a note from grilled cocoa and the warmth of the Earth. And these acidulated notes hurt the palate and gave a good length in the mouth.

This chocolate was surprising. The tasting called for a second square to verify this unique feeling!
