RECIPE IDEA : Extra-crispy dark chocolate Roses des sables
Ingredients:
• 200g corn flakes
• 200g baking chocolate from Saveurs & Nature
• 140g butter
• 130g icing sugar
Place the chocolate Saveurs & Nature and the butter in a sauce pan over a low heat until the chocolate melts. Stir until the chocolate and butter are melted and smooth. Then stir in the icing sugar. Remove the pan from the heat. Then add the corn flakes until you get a good coating of chocolate over all the corn flakes. Set a piece of baking paper over a baking tray and form small heaps. Allow to harden in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
All you need now is enjoy!
